Below is a full list of the rules for my new runescape rp game. The rules will be updated over time as I see faults in the game.
Before I start Id like to clear a few things up:

1.These rules only apply to topics with (Runescape rp) in their title, so you can still rp the way you like in other topics.
2.The rps for this game are in no way linked to runescape rps that other SeeDs start.

General rules

1.Do not use your runescape charecter for these RP's, You must create a new charecter with a decent name (which means no names like the_dood456857, only things like torin or charketh)

2. Do not start your own rps for this game (feel free to start rps set in runescape but not using your 'runescape rp game' charecter) the game requires an NPC to control the flow of rps, and the only current NPC controller is me. (Ill appoint other NPC controllers if the game gets big)

3. Obvious stuff like dont swear be obcsene ect

Charecter creation

To create a charecter post in the charecter creation thread (which will be created after i type up this one).

First you must choose your charecter race, the races and sub races available are:

1.Humans:
The most common race in runescape they can be found all over the world. (Advantages:None Disadvantages:None)

Sub-races:

Misthalin humans: Misthalin humans are the most business like of humans, they tend to specialise in trade. (Advantages: Can identify most items Disadvantages:quite sensetive to extreme heat or cold)

Al kharid humans: These humans dwell in the deserts of Al kharid (Advantages: Resistant to heat Disadvantages: Sensetive to cold)

Asgarnia humans: These humans belive in justice and law (Advantages: These humans are usually aware of any recent news Disadvantages: They have a high distrust of the rouge class, They cannot be rouges)

Entrana humans: These humans dwell on the religious island of entrana (Advantages: Their knowledge of religion is immense Disadvantages: They must be monks or priests)

North kajamara humans: These humans generally have a 'take it easy' attitude, and are usually a very sociable bunch (Advantages: They have an immense knowledge of food and drink as well as the art of sea-fearing Disadvantages: They cannot be a warrior/fighter ect)

South kajamara tribesmen: These humans dwell in the immense jungle in the south of kajamara (Advantages: They have very good survival skills and can make use of their surroundings in any climate Disadvantages: Are uneasy whilst in cities)

Barbarians: These humans dwell either in the barbarian outpost or in the barbarian village. They live a very nomandic lifestyle (Advantages: are very strong Disadvantages: Barbarians do not work well in groups)

Kandarin humans: Humans in Kanadrin are very varied and come in many different personalities, Kanadrin humans are the default human sub-race.
(Advantages:None Disadvantages: None)

Dwarves

Dwarfs are short humanoids with long beards they can be found all over the Runescape world but mostly reside in their mines under Falador. There are three main species of dwarf.
(Advantages: Dwarves can see clearly in darkness due to living underground Disadvantages: Cannot use large weapons such as spears)

Sub-races:

Common dwarves: The common breed of dwarves, these dwarves live either in the mines below Falador or in the dwarven outpost near the fishing guild. Common dwarves are the default dwarven sub-race.
(Advantages: See Dwarves Disadvantages: See Dwarves)

Imcando Dwarves: The Imcando dwarves were the main type of dwarf during the third age but nearly all of them died out at the start of the fourth age. A few remain however but it is rare to ever see one in your lifetime. Imcando dwarves are renowned for their love of redberry pie.
(Advantages: Their knowledge of ores and metals is immense Disadvantages: They do not trust people easily, it will take a while before an Imcando dwarf fully makes friends)

Mountain dwarves: The mountain dwarves differ slightly from the common dwarves. They allways have long black beards, they are generally stronger and burlyer than the common breed due to the harsher climate they live in (under bluetongue.gif ). Mountain dwarves are only found under white wolf mountain.
(Advantages: Naturally profficient with axes and maces. They can also drink a lot of beer before they get drunk Disadvantages: They must have black beards, they arnt very good with swords)

Because, this is the roleplay fourm after all.
And besides im aiming to compete with dark storm bluetongue.gif.
And that reminds me id best add a bit to the rules up there or I never will.
