OK, now for the writeup...
We began in the Jolly Boar Inn around 1:30 my time. A few people arrived at 2 and we played "What's in My Pocket?" - everyone else was still at Dragonman565's SeeD Costume Party.
Next came Scavenge-and-go-Seek: eventually - I think around 2:25 - everyone had arrived (Amateur123 (had to leave before phase 2 ended), Beavis545, Cspace (!), Devilgrl (who we welcomed back, but left before phase 2 ended), Dragonman565 (had to leave before we started), Gotenksjr3, Grand One, Jarik C Bol (left before we started), Lprince (had to leave before phase 4 started), Sir Jaden, Star Jedi, Texas Rebel (left before phase 2 ended), and Vietpryde (Had to leave before phase 2 ended). I posted a list of items and teleported away, running to hide near the Port Sarim bar (though they didn't know that). After the 40 minutes had passed, we met at the Wizard Tower (since nobody had found me) for the prize check (results in first post).
I then posted the map and rules for the Footrace. Basically, it was a no-teleports-allowed race from the Wizard Tower island to the Edgeville bank - but the racers were forced to go through Draynor Manor! Again, results are in the first post (too lazy to put them here). The racers were Beavis545, Cspace, Gotenksjr3, Grand One, Lprince, Sir Jaden, and Star Jedi.
After arriving in Edgeville, we banked our stuff and I turned into a Piñata - carrying a bunch of "cheap valuables" (a few rare runes, necklaces, etc). We went to the level-20 wilderness and everyone attacked me (in order from lowest to highest combat level), running after 3 hits. I'm not sure quite what happened after I died, but I can only assume it was insane, half-dead SeeDs punching each other for ph4t l3wtz
All of the racers came, except for Lprince (who had to leave).
We met up for the last time at Draynor Bank, where I handed out the prizes and Cspace gave Star Jedi her Gladiator Medal for winning the Free-for-all Wilderness Battle. All in all, I'd say everything went smoothly (except for us starting late, but that's excusable - oh, and I didn't give enough time for Scavenge-and-go-Seek).
Thanks again to everyone who came. I have something even bigger in the planning stages, but it's still far off...
P.S. Miotu, I'd like to do that, but my own schedule would get in the way: I have about a 50-50 chance of being able to make it to events (unless I plan a few weeks in advance). Besides, over the summer I'll probably have a 40-hour-per-week job, and during the year I'll have a few hours of homework per night and work 16 hours on weekends (again, if I get the job).
