Hello SeeD, my friend izz11 has told me much about you, and i would like to join your alliance. I only have 100+ active members, but they are all 65+ combat and 75 average combat level, our site is http://www.freewebs....mpire_of_guthix and if you look on the forums on rs you will see we are one of the most famous on the forums, if you accept me into the alliance, answer here.

yes im against rulebreakers, and i know one of them, her name is aboy22. she tried to scam me by saying that if i gave her my rsc things she would give me her rs2 things, which i obviously didnt fall for.
