these 3 ppl(and me) are all people i have talked for a wile about this...i have got ideas form all of them and well this (in my view) will be the best garden(if cspace alows) becase all 4 mems of our (hopefuly) new council are online regurly . i myself am on seed more then i am on runescape, becase i like helping ppl. but then again as i said before all this is up to cspace.

well, yeah, bassically. the requirements for council would be summat like this:
been in seed for at least a week
have some runescape experience (know about the game, game knowledge, not skills.)
active in clan
proven trust to council

that would be it. council size would change to be able to uphold rules when the garden or clan subdivision grows.
such like:
1-10 mems 5 council
11-15: 6 c
16-20: 8 c
25-40 10-15 council
and so on. i should hope that it prolly wont get to over 15 mems lol... it would then just be a smaller div of seed.

well i think that the max per garden is 13, so i think that 1 comander(me) and a 2nd in comand(papagoolah) and 2 council members(if ryl wants to be in fireminers garden...if it becomes one).....i think that shoud do...im shure u x zolon has exp in seed and rs, me to and papagoolah, and ryl is VARRY skilled in rs...so thos 4 ppl whom are usely always on...i think that will do...

yup, but i didnt think we had commanders? all council members were equal, welll, except for tthe head of council, who had teh last say, AKA you lol. but yeah, its all a council. a circle of equals. and tehn the HOC

we and x zolon talked on msn...(dont wanna spam here) and papa will be a fill in when im gone....he will be in teh council..if when cspace you deside to give me a garden(or not) then like lutenet and second in comantd..put papagoolah, x zolon and i will talk to rly but if he wanna be in my(mabe) garden put him to as a council member...hopefuly this will work varry well and we could work some more things on this manor....

ya, we'll happily accept members. we want the best of the best, as in online once every week at least lol, not skillwise. any non council mems can bring up issues or ideas, and council mems vote on it. it would help for a fifth council mem so there is a swing vote.

well as i said we not a garden yet(crosses fingers) and ANY one can join our garden...(if we get one) and we will have 4 council mems 1 head of council(me) 3 council mems(papagoolah, x zolon, and ryl if he want to join our...) and papa will fill in for me...the 3 mems will vote on any thing sugested by any one. then i will say yes or no to it...
