You do a triple jump... flippy... thing and it makes you invincible for a bit. 
I never owned that game but a friend of mine used to play it heaps and he unlocked that move

vice city was coolness 
anywayz, easter egg, ya had to get on the top of one of the buildings, jump off the top going through windows of apartments nearby (matrix style) and the easter egg is somewhere in there

Depends what you mean by easter egg, because sometimes in VG easter eggs are funny, or even ironic things... Like in Diaz's (your) mansion there's loads of stuff from GTA3, and posters and stuff appear on your walls after yuo do certain missions...

Yup, It's a chocolate egg on a podium, hidden in a builing. You have to jump off the helipad through a secret bit in the wall. Totally pointless...

uh no i think you had to jump off the hellipad over the vcn building? i think that was the building.
