Astronomy Homework

right, for my sumer holadays i have to create a map of the night sky, showing all stars of magnatude +5 or higher, and use published ephemeridies (sp?) to show the path of 4 planets..... all this on a piece of a1 paper
so i was wondering do any of you know any books that show the constallations (each stars) location in right ascension and declination? and any sites that have published ephemeridies? or yet again books... whatever. this is gonan be a cow of a prodgect.....

Haven't tried the recent demo releases of that but it can probably be sufficient for your chart. I don't know anything about the actual program though (the one that costs money), it could be good but it may not be worth it.
If you're looking to buy a great program you should check out www.starrynight.com. I have the Pro version, but I am almost positive that the lower priced versions are great for anyone interested in getting into astronomy as a hobby or general interest.
