Example is I'm trying to put a sprite in a blue sky. I copy the sprite onto the sky where I want him to be, zoom in with the magnifying glass, then paint in blue where the white is around the sprite.

First- I did boxes like a strip, so it'd look like a comic. Then- I put the sprite I wanted in the box tool (like ya said) then I pressed Ctrl + V (like you also said) and it came up with the same page of sprites. I couldn't go on from there.
Pleeeeeease help meeeeeee!

- Open a New Paint Document made for the size of ONE comic box.
- Create the background of that box.
- Open a New Paint Doc with the sprites in it.
- Use the select tool (that dotted box) and select the sprite you want to use. Press Ctrl+C (or Edit>Copy).
- Go back to the Paint Doc with the box w/ background and press Ctrl+V (or Edit>Paste). DO NOT CLICK ANYWHERE.
- At this point you should see your spite now in the box selected with the dotted line around it. Move your mouse over the spite (in the selected area) until you see that "anchor-like" cursor. Click and hold, and move the spite where you want it to go in the box (then click outside of the area to deselect, or Crtl+D).
- To remove any white area around the sprite, use the magnifying glass tool to zoom in very close, and use the paint brush to paint over the white so that it is the color of the background.
- To add writing, click on the 'letter A' tool. Click and hold, then drag to make the text box. On the left there should be options to change it, so just fool around with that until you get what you want (I use the second option for the transparent box).
- When you're done with that box, save it, open a New Document, and make the next, and continue until you have all the boxes you need.
- When you're done, open a New Paint Doc. Now move your cursor to the bottom right of the white box to that tiny box (wait until you have the double-headed arrow cursor). Click and drag bottom right a significant length, over the size of what you think the size of your comic with be.
- Scroll all the way back to top left, then open up a New Doc (keep this one minimized) and open your first box that you saved. Use the rectangular box tool, right click and choose "Select All". Press Crtl+C (or Edit>Copy).
- Open up that big document again with nothing in it, and press Ctrl+V (or Edit>Paste). Move your cursor over the selected box, and move it as far top left as you can (I like to zoom in and leave a 1 pixel white line around it, which I fill in later with paint can with black for a border).
- Then open up the other boxes, copy+paste them in, lining them next to each other in comic strip form (usually is 2 in a column, 3 in a row), remembering to leaving that 1 pixel white border between each of the comics. When they're all in there fill in that white border with the paint can (black works best).
- Lastly, go back to the bottom right and get that double-headed arrow cursor again, and drag the border up to the edge of the comic (remember to leave the 1 pixel border).
- Done!
"Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat, and fifteen minutes ago, you knew that humans were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow."
