Need Some Advice... Lime Mercury vs Shadowdancer?

Well, it's no big secret that recently I've blown the whistle on someone whom, I believe, is a big time RuneScape cheater and hacker.
About 2 weeks ago I posted up a page on my website giving the facts on this person and encouraging people to read and consider the information contained within carefully, and then to come to their own conclusion.
Last night the webspace provider's legal department e-mailed me, telling me they had received a complaint about the page in question and to remove it for being "defamatory". I attempted to reason with them, but they were adamant, so in order to not lose my entire website I was forced to comply.
The page has since been relocated to: http://home.cogeco.c...lime-index.html
What I wanted to know is what legal recourse do I have in protecting this data? It seems the laws in New Jersery don't apply to protection of "Freedom Of Expression" and the like, but since the page now resides on Canadian servers I wanted to know how the laws might work like that?
Any and all comment is welcomed on this matter.

I'll look around a bit for you (partly because I'm intrigued, and partly out of respect, you were one of the few I did back when I was on RSC), see if my mom knows anything (she does some legal work). Also, consider directly PMing X Zolon, he's Canadian and fairly well informed, he might know some stuff.
Anyhow, best of luck with this and I'll get back to you if/when I figure anything out.

I was wondering if someone might take it upon themselves to offer to mirror the page here?
I appreciate you guys looking into this. The person I'd REALLY like to hear from is W13 (the guy who runs RuneScape Community) but he has yet to respond to me.
As far as the legal side of it goes, I want to know on what grounds my page is defamatory; i.e. if it is merely worded incorrectly or whatnot.
People put up webpages all the time that encourage hatred, satanism and so forth after all, and they hide behind the law to protect themselves from having to take the pages offline...

The story takes a twist. My forum is currently undergoing a Denial Of Service attack. It happened sometime after I went to bed last night and is ongoing throughout the day. The webhost is aware of it and trying to restore the SQL database.
Considering that Lime Mercury is a hacker, I'm hardly surprised. By torpedoing BHE he renders the thread on there about Strikea invalid.
Any ideas on how to combat this?

Interesting Story, I see Lime Mercury on all the time, never logging out or changing worlds. He goes on for like 4 hours and then logs out. Probably using a autoer of some type.
About your forum DoS attack I wouldn't have a clue to fix it. Email the forum company or your webmaster (which is Deathoflight right?, though you've probably done this).

Go to the link in my signature (the first one) to learn the latest development in this rather sordid affair...

Not to defend Lime, but I do that too... assuming I have the time to play, feel like it, don't get interrupted, and don't need to change worlds...
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

Okay I fixed the link to the Garage.
It seems the garage door was stuck closed.
