Well, I do know that Jagex does not always send automated replies.
As to whether that's real or not, we'll see I suppose.

Well I got a reply from a Jagex Mod today.
Basically they say they can't really take any action because everything that is going on has happened outside of the game itself.
I think that's a little weak, personally.
Comments?
