Lmao when i was on echligod some guy Crazy707 wouldnt stop calling me a n00b n tellin me to fear his mith.. today i ran into him on Echliurn. He was selling "black and green and blue" swords for 20k, after talkin to him and finding out they were Addy Mith and Black Longs i told him n he said no they ub3r rare, then he asked me to take him to rune shop.

As far as I can see, it's pretty funny, it happened on RS, somewhat insanity worthy but the reason it isn't insanity is because it really happened.

Some people need to be taught a little humility sometimes, heh.

Hehe, yeah there are a lot of players like that around, unfortunately.

I remember before levels were shown outside of wilderness I performed an experiment. I wore mismatched bronze and iron and went around asking what the sword I had in my inventory was called (rune long). I went around and showed it through trade to a few people, who all told me it was worth about 100 gp and tried to buy it off me. Eventually somebody told me it's worth and told me to keep it, so I rewarded his honesty with half an inventory of mith items I had with me ^_^.

-.- Um....yeah....that happened to me when I was a level 34...Got an inventory full of gold nuggets from a guy near alkharid... (but still in lumby forests) For telling him how much they approximately were worth...I was the only one who spoke sensical and truthful

There was a topic like what goto said, people on noobs had rare items and asked players how much it is to see if they'd get scammed, truthful players got a prize lol.
