Ok i havent introduced myself yet but im writting a book called Door of Twilight. But as most authors, i have hit my wall. I need anything you guys can come up with. Ive checked the item list, the monster list, and the spell list but anything new you guys have please post it here. I would appreciate any and all comments and help.

wats the story about so far?

(This is the shortest version i could come up with without retelling 500- somethin pages.)
Well the story is about three boys all around the age of 15 and 16 who all grew up as farmer boys (might sound fammilar). Now this one boy named Jeff Alkore is what the main story focus is on. He turns out to be the Lord of the Dragons, as in he is the king of the dragons. Now latter on he gets this dragon egg and hes raisin it up and its about 3 in human years. Now Jeff is about to go to this Door of Twilight with his two friends, Josh Woven and Cody Narsa. (SIDENOTE) Josh is a wolftalker, he can talk to wolves.) So while they are all headin up this mountain tryin to get to the Door of Twilight (SIDENOTE 2) THE DOOR IS BASICALLY A REALLY BAD THING LOL. This high dark wizard whome i have called Baldure opened this Door. NOw if it closes, Then so does Erowands last hope. Erowand being the world. In the door is this sword that ive called Ilithian. Ilithian is basically a sword but its not. it uses Jeffs magic and makes this sword of fire. the sword of fire is needed to cast certain spells and magic. (END OF SIDENOTE) Ok and so the part im havin my writters block at is here:
Jeff followed Aleo (his dragon) up a hill. He scrambled up slowly and after they reached the top he fell on his face. Aleo grabbed Jeffs' shirt collar and dragged him up. In front of them was a city of white marble.
That was the last sentance I had.

I really need some on this. I appreciate the help im gettin bt diffrent ideas are awesome.
I understand that all that may not have made sense and if you need more detail on a certain part just ask.

I dont care if the fantasy beast is made up or not, as long as i have some detail as to what it is. All credit will be dealed when im done with the book and this webpasge will be credited too. Again, any items, fantasy beasts, spells, and magic that is not on the other parts of this fourm would be greatly appreciated.
Examples so far: Shadow Beast, Shadow Hunter Griffin.
Any and all races are also accepted EXAMPLE: ELves orc ogre troll....

ok well i was thinkin and this is just a brainstorm and im just tryin to get mine or your ideas flowin but maybe the city is full of every kind of monster such as ogres and elves u get my drift but no human has ever seen this place becuz theres a great spell that a wizard put on the place that makes no human able to see it and at one time they all lived in peace and happiness but now somethin happened or w/e and now there all seperated and corrupted and in war and wat not. now they somehow and ull have to think of this idea if u follow through with this but somehow they depend on the sword as well as the rest of the world and so he helps all the creatures as well... i dunno i was just think about it u know.

Ya ya im gettin your drift and i get the main idea. I will use that but maybe not here but i will defiantly use it. I mean there is going to be a second book. But you get what the story is about or anything need to be more specified? Thanks by the way for the help.

Eeeh....I'd check the title of your book...It could be possible that this title was used during the .Hack program....(Dot hack) By those Japanese visionaries...Seeming as they used the Epitaph of Twilight...by that Emma W. Despite it was a movie and a game...It could very well be copyright..You never know if they made a book series...As for the story line, it's somewhat like a novel I read once, but a bit different.....as long as you don't base it around flying on the backs of dragons, throwing spears, and breaking the guy's leg from a bully all into one....I think it's formally safe....If you need some fantasy, why not have a character race a unicorn on the Dragon?.....I'm a writer too...However I base mine around Mythology and Medieval warfare.....Mostly around Furres...

Woah. Lol breaking a guys leg and that stuff? now that u mention the unicorn thing I will probably use it. Thats a nice idea and ican fit that into the book. What book was this taht sounded sim to mine? o and ill check Door of Twilight, never heard of Dot hack tho.

Not a problem...I'm a writer as well, all of my books are based around Furres (Seeing as how I still haven't published my first.. :/) Any who....I'll explain in my 'detailed dictionary' version

Are furres and um red wall thingys in books? Ive seen books with cats and gawgs talkin but tnever called a furre so what places them apart from each other then??

I checked the dot hack junk out and found out muh little bro watched it. Something bout a lot of twilight. Epitah of Twilight, and key of Twilight and nose of Twilight and hair of Twilight and eye liner of Twilight..

My imagination flatlined right as i w as about to thnk of somthing for you, but i do t have this.
I'm almost positive that you are Ok with your title, as i've watched the ./hack shows, and there is only a "key of the twilight" and no refrence to a door.
