Attention all citizens of Aderon...

DO not be alarmed. Your ruler, Xanthor Drathos, has resigned as King and turned lordship over to the Great Lord Nerzuul. This is no cause for alarm. Infact, not much will change. You may feel a little different, but that is just Nerzuul bringing magic into your lives. A magic guild will be opened, as well as an alchemy guild.

New shops will be federally funded (for construction costs) and non-profit organizations can work out a deal with the new King.
