Kind of interesting that when I was just starting to change my opinions of Seed, Im insulted to death by people I've never met before.

If that ever happens you know who to come to. We don't stand for that and if anyone causes you trouble I will handle it personally. Just PM me.

*************************************************************

Here Is What Happened:
I checked IPs and from a lead I matched Majin's IP exactly to Jamsebondman's. SMods can verify this personally if they would like.

Jamesbondman has been very active on FreeGames (checked his posts, he was not involved with any of the rulebreaking threads), but look below...

On FreeGames they have a macro forum (obviously against the rules), and who did I see there? Both Jamesbond and Jamesbondman... But this Jamesbondman had a half space in his name which is an invisible character used to fake forums into giving one a name which appears exactly like someone else's (physically disabled here but obviously not there). It was someone impersonating Jamesbondman (Majin). Apparently the IPs are different even.

Also, one Jamesbondman is a mod (the real one) and the other one is a new user. The new user is the one to post hacks. This means that Jamesbondman/Majin is innocent.

No one is to blame for this, it required some investigation but this is not apparent if you do not know these minor tricks.

This means that Majin Buu is innocent of rulebreaking.

Martin, on the other hand, was not impersonated. He was a user of their forums but to my knowledge did not post in their hack section. This means that he, too, is innocent of rulebreaking.

I am very sorry that this happened, you can blame it on the imposter of Majin Buu (Jamesbondman). Jagex has been informed of FreeGames' mod section, however, and we will see that it can be taken down.

A summary of this:

- Majin Buu was impersonated and we managed to catch the imposter of him trying to hack. We will see that it is taken care of. Buu is innocent of hacking and his suspension has been removed.

- Martin was confused with being active in the hacking section of their site. His situation was completely a misunderstanding and I am sorry about it. His suspension, too, has been removed.

- As for the site, it is mostly fine; some obscene content but that's not our problem. We will see that their hacking/macro section is taken down though (thanks Shadow). It is not the basis of their site but it is a popular section of it and we are treating it accordingly. Many rulebreakers are likely to be busted because of Killer and Muler (Justshifl), I will thank them greatly for this so it can be taken care of.

Again, sorry to Buu and Martin for this, those who brought this to my attention were not aware of the impersonation.

Thanks for the quick clarification CSpace. Things could have gotten uglier in a little amount of time the way things were going.

No problem, things were all pointing toward him until I remembered the invisible character trick. Not going to post links but some of those mods are obviously blatant hacking attempts. I have no clue who that was but it isn't Majin.

After checking through his real posts, if anything he isn't even neutral, he would be against rulebreaking based on some of his posts. He is just there because of his clan.

I will remember this next time I jump the gun regardless of how true it seems. The new thing seems to be impersonating players and making them appear to be rulebreakers to get them banned, this is the second time in a week that I saw someone do this...

I'm glad to hear they're innocent, and I hope Cspace will be a little more careful with banning and ready to look for other explanations in the future...

While it's good that things turned out right, I'm really disappointed with the attitudes of a few SeeDs. The majority of people here don't seem to have a problem embracing the future and forgiving for the past, but there are a few people who aren't doing so. Those few give the entire clan a bad image, and stop us improving as a group. I'm not going to name them, but I think you all know who I mean. Just think about it... Is incidents which may have happened months ago in a clan based in an online game really worth fighting over? Is it worth upsetting your friends and forcing Cspace to go against his wishes to punish you?

I'm very happy to see that all of this worked out TheSmile.gif In fact, as some of you know, I had been discussing this with Martin, though due to the lack of public info (bluetongue.gif) I couldn't tell him much. However, I just had a weird... feeling that he was innocent. Then this comes along TheSmile.gif Glad to hear 'tis all over.

I can't even find my user name anymore. I usually use martin the third, martin the 3rd, martin 3rd, martin3, martin3warrior, or mt3rd, for anything online.

This wasn't a misunderstanding about the hacking section of their site. It was, in fact, a different site, which I encountered In my early days of modding in RSChaos. I was supposed to scan the site to approve it for posting, and it turned out to be some dumb person who wanted hackers to come and teach him how to hack. But I didnt know that at first, I couldnt see the forums until I signed up. When I did, and saw what it was, I pm'ed the guy and told him not to post in RSChaos. If this site hasn't already been reported, I would like to make known my reason for being associated with it. If I could remember the URL, I would go back and see if I could delete my character, but I don't have the URL. Anyway, when I saw this, this was the only site I could remember that I was involved with, even if only on a sctrictly scanning level, so I assumed that was the site you were talkin about.

If you see some poorly designed red and blue forums that say "Runescape Hacking" report them. I don't remember if I did or not, but I do remember how ugly it was.

Hope that clears this part up a bit.

I have done my days work. I told jammer every imporsonating account in my name. Since i dont know about martin's accounts on there i cant do anything. All the people in my image were disabled, range of ip banned, email banned, and every possible way. If they come back they must be smart. For the future guys, my title is veteran control if you click on my name. Any others are just impostures. If you see any you can tell me, though i doubt you have any vast knowledge of fgf's history. I was the very first vet so i would know bluetongue.gif Guys, the hacks forum was created because if there isnt a place to post hacks its just going to be on every other part of the forum. That happened before and mods couldnt handle it. There is no mass deletion that mods can use on that forum. So they made the hacks section to get all the hacks out of the other sections. It actually works, though theres some few people that spam the sites but we either do it ourselves or tell jammer to mass delete. Well thats my story.
