So it would seem... For anyone interested, Onion Knights were the starting class in the original FF3, but were a secret class in the DS version that you needed to use wifi to gain access to. They could both equip nearly everything and had horrible stat growth, but in the DS version they suddenly had incredible stat growth for the last few levels, 95 or so upwards. Basically made it possible to pretty much max out all your stats. They also had some ultimate equipment that only they could use, that was among some of the best in the game.

New question, anyway. In FF12, who is the lightning-based Esper you get? (Since Ramuh, like most of the other familiar names, is absent)

Erm...from my memory of watching you and Sparks play at Matt's place, it'd be Adrammelech. Or at least, it looked all lightning/thundery.

....And stupid spell check is trying to tell me that Adrammelech isn't a word.

Lord Sparks tries to come up with a question to fill the gap but fails miserably, only coming up with silly easy questions.

'Kay... I'll make a question bluetongue.gif

In FFX, what is Tidus's ultimate weapon and what must you do to fully unlock it?

The weapon is Caladbolg. Um...the sigil you get for beating the final chocobo thing in the Calm lands in 0 seconds. The crest...you find that in a chest, if I recall. I can't remember exactly, so knowing Tidus I'm gonna hazard a guess and say it's somewhere in Zanarkand. I can't remember exactly where you get Caladbolg itself.

To open the chest containing Caladbolg itself, you need the celestial mirror. You get it from the funny chocobo maze thingy under the Remeim Temple. You can't use it until you take it to Macalania Woods and hold it up in front of the blob weapony-power-uppery thing. You take Caladbolg, the mirror, crest and sigil to said blob in the woods, and the blob powers it up.

.....I think.

Yeah. The sigil is actually getting a time of -less- than 0 seconds bluetongue.gif Getting 0 exactly will -not- result in getting the sigil XD And yeah, the crest is in the Yevon Dome, in Zanarkand. Caladbolg itself is at the northern edge of the Calm Lands -- you have to beat all four chocobo races/training things to get the guard at the top of the trail to move.

Ooh! You need the Blossom Crown and Flower Scepter. You get one of them by creating 10 monsters in the Monster Arena and the other by defeating -all- of Belgemine's Aeons.
