I can see what you mean by a 'captain of trade', but most trades that happen are never posted or even considered for more than a few minutes. Having somebody or some people in charge of it isn't too useful. Although if a few people wanted to maintain a guide in which current prices were listed to help out the clan, that could be a great idea.

I don't know about the 'Head' positoins being converted to captains, but maybe they could help lead them. There is already a team of other Diplomats for Base to lead, and both event and conflict resolution have already had captains suggested based on them.

So perhaps Base, Draggy, Star and others could help to lead and direct the team of captains (naturally the Generals and Elite Generals will be helping with that, as well).

Captains... Not such a bad idea, but more or less, its more of a transition stage between General and Commander rather than a separate rank on its own. At least, that's what I think anyway.

Yeah, that's fairly accurate. Wouldn't say it's too close to Commanders though, as that rank was only intended for use with Gardens and is not actively used for anything. It's a transition stage, but it's still a new rank.

I think it would be better to start from scratch, rather than incorporating mediators. They were never really used to begin with, and their leader is pretty inactive now. Also since they were chosen and set up by Amazon rather than Cspace, it might be better to start over and have them reselected. Although those that received Mediator positions might be well suited for a Captaincy...
