I presume you mean Killer's story. While it was crackers that were dropped rather than party hats, all Killer meant was that his friend got lots of crackers, opened them and got lots of party hats. You're just making a big deal over nothing.

they arent extremely common cuz u gotta break an axe on a tree

itd be kinda like a thing they use in a sprint race ya know where they hand it off
