[Jarik C-Bol]

I was sitting here thinking, and wondered, has anyone here ever played Equinox?
it was a online rpg of sorts, all text based, rather fun. was found at

which is now dead.
anyway, I was wondering if anyone here played it, and if anyone knew why it shut down, it had a huge playerbase.

edit:
meh: i looked around, and found that mircx, and its IRC, were taken down because the owner got tired of dealing with the thousands of DoS attacks he was getting 9being attacked nightly) seing as the game was played through that system, it went down with it. sad.
anyway, anybody here play it while it was alive?

I have never heard of a game called Equinox; but I have played a text based game called Land of Legendz; *sigh* yet they closed down last year after eight years of play
