Tell the principal that this kid is carrying a concealed weapon. He doesn't do anything, get the police. Even as a juvenile, he can still be punished pretty heavily.

What ever you do, try to avoid fighting him. Someone that violent normally probably won't feel bad about stabbing and killing someone.

As Spike said: It's better to do something about the problem than to do nothing at all.
