Basicly, This is just some better oranazation of the specilist groups.

We could put another section on the site that included lists of all the people who were part of a particular specialist group. This would make it much easier for people who are looking for someone to do a job to find one.

An expansion on this Idea (but would take more effort) is to include by each persons name what they are willing to do. For instance I working on my smithing right now and I'm far more devoted to SeeD than my own wealth, so by my name in the smithing list it might say something like:

'willing to give free items up to lvl 40 smithing to any SeeD member'

The second part would be hard to collect the info to, but the first part is just a matter of going through the members list and writing down a list of all the specialists and separating them ito groups.

The next idea that I had would be to have a forum for each of the guilds in which there could be organized activities and such. this way leaders of the guilds could better contact all the specialists. there could also be organized efforts like having a bunch of the miners mining a lot of ores that the smiths could then use and other stuff like that (fishers-->cooks; smiths-->fighters etc.)

I don't know how doable this all is, I just know that I'm new and I haven't realy been able to get involved putting my mining and smithing skilles to work although I'd love to. These are just my first thoughts on correcting this problem, they probobly need to be refined a lot.
