rawr.

all happy and things, and i figured out a way to skip like half the quest. (i didn't do it, but the next one of us can, it causes harder battles, but quicker finish)

Congrats, Jarik!

I read up on it a little, I seem to remember the guides said how to skip a pretty large part of the quest. Not sure if it'd be worth doing or not, though.

if you are a good combat lvl (80+), and dont want to make a lot of extra trips back and forth, i'd skip as much as i could. if you do skip though, you will have a lot of stuff in your inventory and not much room for food, so high prayer and a super-set of pots would be important. (if you skip, you cant go out to the bank after you kill the first deamon) it was a fun/hard quest, protect from melee is a must, and prayer pots were REALY handy.

I did it the extra long way. I forgot stuff so I had to go back out and make a third orb

heh, it only took me....<thinks>.... 5 hours. would have been faster, but i forgot to do a few things before i started like get a soul rune and greenmans ales and orbs.
