I've been thinking (it's a miracle!). We should change the Highest Levels topic (or start a new one) so that only active SeeD members may be on it. This would allow for more people to see there names on the list (which I'd increase to top 5 per level). Anyone else support this idea?

Since you decided to start the topic, you must follow two rules:

totally just realized the exostence of alphas new speacial awsomeness new highs which are pinned and i nvr look at pinned junk the only reason i happened to fall upon it was the link from silvers highs...yay
