i've just started it and stuff, still on the first lvl and no armour at all, exept t-shirt, and then this happened:
Something Special!
Knowing that the water could yield deadly, you decide to take your chances. Kneeling down at the edge of the stream, you take a long hard draught from the cold stream. You feel a warmth growing out from your chest, you feel PERCEPTIVE! You notice something glittering under one of the pebbles that line the stream.

You find a GEM!

Yeah, when you get enough of those, you can by a trusty steed biglaugh.gif Or..A monster.. but t3h horse is better.
