I'm sorry, you were allowed to do and reason as you wished but there was more than one public warning (to which you replied as well, so you obviously saw them). They warned that there would be an indefinite suspension for a decent amount of time if those actions did not stop, which will be removed in time as long as nothing else happens. The insults and harassment continued on our board after that warning, I could have suspended you before the incident on Fer's board if I went with what I said literally. I thought you could change, but when you went to his board your intentions were unfortunately obvious and I took action because I was presented with no other choice.

It was not because you caused problems on his board alone, it was due to the whole picture and all of what you did - the actions on his site as the last straw. I created no stories about you, I just took action based on what you did on the board and to our members at that time.

No one went out of their way to change your image, I'm sorry to say it but you changed your image on your own. I remember pointing out to you on AIM about the image you were giving yourself about two months ago before all this. There were also a couple shorter suspensions over other situations in the past. No one tried to change your image, your image was unfortunately forged by what everyone saw. I considered you a friend, and you know how reluctant I am to ban even those I know are actually against SeeD (I'm not saying you are). You just gave me no other choice, you knew what I would have to do. You will be let back in as a member in time, but please don't blow it, your ban is not a permaban at this moment.

As much as I hope KC can return here in the future, for now I think it's best to let him see that we'll stick with what we said. He was given a great many warnings and chose to disregard them, and there are consequences for that. If he is let back in every time after an apology, he really won't learn not to do it, he'll just get better at false apologies. If he's really sincere about wanting to come back and is sorry for what he did, I'm sure he'll understand Cspace's point. If not, he really doesn't need to waste our time and his by trying to return only to start flaming again.

That or we could just permaban him, what kind of a person picks cherry over orange?

Anyways, I'm apologizing for spamming Foreskin's forums, which is what I was IP banned for.  And since SeeD is all about forgiving...

you want to come back, but still you call me foreskin, and remember. The people who's here do have feelings, like me! you call me foreskin, And i've said to you many times to stop calling me it, and you just keep comtinuing!

I'll tell you what this is...100% grade A prime cut BULL! Even if he did say that, you think we're going to forgive him? Do you think we feel sympathetic to his "sorrowing cause"? NO! I say he needs to suffer. Everyone in the world suffers more than once, it's time he paid for the things he has done. We all pay, some sooner than others. I don't know what this guy was trying to point out to me, but I lost a few braincells trying to understand, whatever, if he is even allowed to come back, he certainly won't have a welcome hand from me.

Not meaning to upset anyone else, but I don't buy it, that's the main thing I'm pointing out here.

I really feel the need to comment on this situation. The thing is, KC has done more than spam Fersk's forums, as innapropriate as that may have been considered. He has repeatedly insulted members of the community and started conflicts just out of either spite or a silly disagreement. He can really be a danger to us all (Wow, I sound like I'm talking about a german shepard. Sorry KC ).

However...

I honestly believe that, despite all he's done, that the reason he is so against us is because we're so prejudiced against him. I've talked to him, I've tried to work it out, and, while I can never be 100% positive, I know that if people could just try, even if they had such a grudge against him, just try not to be so biased against him, I honestly think he wouldn't be such a bad guy. I know I've said this before, I know I've been rejected by many and had some contradictions and suggestions, even by the Almighty Cspace ( Hehe), but I just have to express this. Goku, if you could please show this to KC
