The ban KC is under is not permanent. KC, please don't evade the ban, and please don't make Saj or Goku post your comments here. Just stay away for awhile, and the length of your ban will shorten, and hopefully someday later you'll be unbanned. But right now it's not so clear what will happen unless you show that you can retain yourself from the forums for awhile.

I apologized to KC and tried to get it all to end and he didn't feel the need to apologize back, but instead blame me for everything. So, I won't be talking to him again or trying to work anything out.
I would love to see him return if he would clean up his attitude, but right now he needs to just stay away.
Also, I've apologized to everyone I have offended or have even offended me, and all but KC seem to be in agreement with me. So I do feel very happy about each and everyone person in this clan right now, maybe everyone can join me and feel the same so we can stop all of these fights.

Well, yes, as I stated several times in my post "Sorry if I offended any one else." etc. etc. But it most certainly did feel good...had to let it loose. I wasn't just saying that for myself, but for any of the other people (I've talked to quite a few) That have been harassed by KC...Just had to vent. Any way...
Fersken being called Foreskin is a rather....sexual harassment sort of thing. It's sexually oriented and it's harassing him, since he's already kindly asked for people to stop. I for one, think people should stop and call him his actual name...If not Fersken 123, then Fersken as I do.

I mostly agree with what Hyper said. The people he "attacked" were on an equal level of negative impacts on the community with him, yet he was the one that got banned because he wasn't the one that whined about it. It's been thoroughly shown through many societies that those that complain get their way, That's not what I'm saying here. However, because people have constantly been so prejudiced against him, as Hyper said, such prejudice has only led to self-fulfilling prophecies and been the cause of Killer being mean to people rather than an effect of it.
Also, for people trying to say that things did not happen as a result of complaints, I refer to the ban requests people posted against him before he was banned. The fact that he was so clearly being targeted clearly portrays the prejudice of others against him. Not to mention that ban requests had previously always been looked down upon and resulted in trouble for the one to post it. No person having a ban request posted targeting them was EVER banned before. Nevertheless, that regulation was ignored due to the massive amounts of prejudice against him.
I understand that some here dislike Killer. You were able to sink low enough to get him banned, and celebrated your personal "victory" without remorse. Yes, you've had your fun in pettily (nevermind that you degrade others for acting "childish" without restraint, and may seem to think yourself an orthodox judge of what defines maturity ) getting someone banned from the forum for personal reasons. Don't think that just because someone's values differ slightly from yours makes them wrong. Just different. Who knows, if someone's values have to be "wrong," how do you know it isn't yours that are "wrong"? What I ask of those of you that dislike Killer is that you allow your prejudice and personal qualms to abate, and make such personal issues a lower priority than the community's well-being.

Try changing your name. That usually helps, although some people still call hippie spikeout, crazed nutter ticktockclok, and so forth...
Killerconvic was actually a pretty nice guy. Never knew him but when I looked at the forums a lot more than i do nowadays, I always saw him being helpful...Too bad that he still holds grudges against certain members...I think.

No one forced me to take action against KC in any situation. Every single time action was taken against him there was a warning, and in the recent situation with the current action there was more than one warning. I gave him more than one chance because I thought he would improve, but he continued the sarcastic remarks, insults, and harassment. I remember discussing his image to him at least two months ago because I was hearing what some said about some of his actions and statements. Some were considering him elitist due to his negative comments about SeeD in the wilderness and elsewhere. I warned him about all that on AIM to try to prevent this and he just shoved it away, I tried to help but he either did not see it or did not care. I am not one to say because I do not know, and will not discuss that any further because it doesn't really matter anymore.
Yes, a few members kept bugging me to ban him for a while. All the way back a few months actually. The same happened with others at some time or another. I never take ban requests into account but if action needs to be taken and someone happened to request it as well, I'm sorry to say it but action would be taken. Otherwise the requests could be used as a shield, even if no one recommended action it would have been taken anyway. Obviously no way to prove what would have happened if another course were taken, but I am very sincere with what I am saying.
KC was a friend of mine. I tried to help him out just as he did the same for me. Something happened though and he began to portray himself differently, much more negatively (possibly not intended, but it continued). This includes his support of Muler's points stating that almost all of SeeD consists of idiots, his repeated provocation of Bes and others, as well as other incidents. I am not saying that he is a bad person. I for one know that he is not. When all this gets out of hand though, something needs to be done.
I posted the warning, and unfortunately he did not take it seriously...
It is not a permaban, as I said. In this situation though, it is unfortunately required and when the ban is removed I hope all this will be left behind us.
As for everyone else, I'm really serious about this. Stop attacking him, and if you do not know the exact circumstances for all this first-hand then please don't pretend you do. With this, you will just make things worse, regardless of whether you're siding with or against him. This thread will be promptly closed if anything else erupts, and no, there will be no poll.
