(btw we have the co-comanders then comanders then headmasters then generals then lite generals then second in command(rylkan and then leader of seed(atleast thats what i know of))

He's talking about the army ranks, and how they should be for this clan. And he's giving a line up of how our army should be.
I'm sorry, but we're not like that anymore. There really is no army, we don't have enough people for that. We're a peaceful clan. Anyways, we have a leader, two co-leaders, and some highly respect people to take over if anything needs to be done. And then some others, but.. Ya.

We can just find more fun things to do than wars. It'd probably go badly anyways since SeeD isn't a clan that focuses on going to war with the other clans and trying to be the best and strongest. SeeD's status is not decided by RuneScape standards. 
It's a good idea Stargate, but that's pretty much a regular army in real life, we couldn't even fill all those positions.
It's better to just keep it simple.

Stargate, just so you know, SeeD doesn't have nearly as many people. There are maaaaybe 30 people who are in SeeD who even played RS in the last 2 months. Maaaaybe.
Also, the people who would be leading you guys into war wouldn't have much of an idea of what to do. Just letting you know.
And before you all say "leik omgz hes flamming!!!!1oneone! ban!!!11", I'm not flaming, just stating facts. If you take offense to the truth, grow up.
