1. press the key that says "print screen" it shoud be to the right of "f12".
2. then go into ANY paint program.
3. paste.
4. *crop.
5. save(*try to make it a gif, png, or jpg).
6. *go to speedis.
7. *browse for your picture in your computer.
8. *upload it.
9. *copy the web url that it gives you.
10. *go to the forums and click the "img" thingy beside the http:// one, and pase your url that you copyed form speedis.
