GO to google and type in gamemaker. click the first thing

Sorry i don't have a link. Its a cool program that lets you make games. Pretty hard to figure out at first but after a while you'll get used to this style programming.

If you make a really good game post it here.

Hmm... looks good for being free. Though, if you want an easy-but-powerful program and don't mind paying, I'd recommend Multimedia Fusion...
