Ms Won't Work

So I have:

Uninstalled and completely re-downloaded the latest version of EVERYTHING, patch and game.

Unblocked MS from all of my programs.

Turned off my firewall.

And yet, the patch wont work, and the game refuses to play. When I click on global, the game screen just shuts off. Any ideas?
