They can now sue $1000 against the people that put spyware on their computer... I'd be bloody rich if they introduced that here.

The question I have is... does it apply to California companies, or California customers? Since the internet is worldwide, enforcing this would be tricky.

We've had anti-spam laws for awhile now and, if anything, spam has actually INCREASED...
