A small home that as a bed, a small closet (Holds 10 items) and a workbench. 1 room.

Medium House: 150 UC's, 1 plot
A medium home that has a large bed, a medium closet (25 items) a workbench, and a small bookshelf (5 spaces). Includes 3 empty tomes. 2 rooms.

Large house: 250 UC's, 2 plots
A large home with 2 large beds, 2 large closets (50 items) 3 workbenches, a medium bookshelf (10 spaces) 5 empty tomes, 3 rooms.

Shops

Market Stand: 10 UC's, 1 quarter of a plot
A small stand that consists of a cover overtop and a small counter. Sell 3 items.

Market Stall: 25 UC's, 1 half of a plot
A small stall that has 3 counters, each to serve your items, and a large, decorative canvas over top. Each counter holds 3 items, for a total of 9 items.

Small shop: 50 UC's 1 plot
A small shop with shelves to disply items, and a front counter. Shelves can hold 20 items on display.

Medium Shop: 100 UC's, 1 and 1 half plots
Same as the small shop, but has a small stockroom in the back to hold 10 items in storage.

A large shop, two rooms, the first is the shop area, with two workdesks, and enough shelves to hold up 40 items, and a stockroom to hold 20 items in storage.

Huge Shop: 250 UC's, 3 Plots
A massive shop, 3 rooms, the first two aree shop areas, with 1 workdesk, and hold 30 items each, and the last is a stockroom with 30 items in storage.

Market Structure: 500 UC's, 5 plots
A two storied massive structure of shopping. There are 5 rooms on the first floor. The first is an entrance, with display cases of up to 30 items. THere are 4 doors, 1 on each wall. THe first (north) leads outside. East and west doors lead to shop rooms, with a desk, and shelves to hold 30 items. THe southern one leads to one that is as big as the other rooms, but the desk is near the door, and there are work supplies in this room. There is a door to the south, that leads to a stockroom, which can hold 60 items in storage. The workroom desk is commonly used to take requests for items, then make them and have them delivered. The main entrance has a stairway, as well. This leads to the second floor, which has 3 rooms. The first is a market room, with 6 stalls around the room. There is no wall separating it from the eastern room, which has another 6 stalls. The western room has a door, where in it is a safe, and 4 desks. Typically, the western room is used as an office, and the other two are rented out to others.

A large structure that can hold up to 300 items.
