Sorry to hear a few of you are a bit depressed right now, hopefully things will look better in a day or two once the alc has worn off, hehe.
I had a pretty good New Years, actually. Went in to see the earlier fireworks, then back home in time to count down, toast, etc.
I'm not much of a drinker though, so I didn't really have to worry about being hung over the next morning. 'Tis quite a plus.

Hehehe, the only alcohol i had was some beer during dinner, and some champagne later
the fireworks near my house were pretty purty
Our house backs onto a big football oval park thingie, and there were people lighting fireworks in the middle
Pretty coolz

It's just plain bad. You get hungover which make you all
For me, I came reeeeally close to drifting off at 11:15
I probably would have slept 'till 11 or something if our dog hadn't been here. See, we're at our beach house in Delaware, and we always bring our dog. However, she isn't as familiar with the surroundings here as she is at home. So once in a while, at some random time during the night/morning, she will start barking. Bark time: 5:45am
In conclusion, aye ye alcohalic people! Ye stop right now! Ye crazy! Me not!
Well, happy new year... *snore*
