anyone like Black Metal and Death Metal music? i obviously do..like Lamb Of God, Cradle Of Filth, Atreyu, Hatebreed, Meshuggah, Killswitch Engage, Slipknot, Coal Chamber, Shadows Fall, KoRn, ect...to me this music is music to listen to when ur angry at sumtin and this just seems to get rid of it...or when ur depressed makes u feel better..stuff like tht..tell me wut bands u listen to

I do Slipknot has been My fav band since I first heard them. although I dunno if I'd call them Black Metal. Cradle of Filth and Lamb of God are definitely black metal and they are very good. I agree about the metal when ur angry thing, it does make me feel better, it relaxes me. The latest CD i bought was Chimaira - the impossibility of reason. So i've been listenin to that alot... (number 6 - Pure Hatred )

the whole cd's pretty good, not really all like pure hatred, but all nice and heavy. I think theres only 1 or 2 songs on the album that i dont really like. Number 1 - Cleansation is the next best song, i think. By the way, whats a CS Video?

basically..a cs video is a Counter-Strike video that a player made to show off how good he is..took all the best kills, most tricked out ones and edited it put sum music in it and u got urself a video..thts wut i was watching

ya i might put sum From Autumn to Ashes in there too...like Switch and Milligram Smile, put sum Rob Zombie (my idol) and sum Ministry too..maybe like 1 "slow" song..not slow but its soft..called Mad World by Gary Jules..

oh and did u hear tht Pantera (gods of rock and drinking) came out with a new cd? called Damage Plan..havent bought it yet but it should be good considering its Pantera..

From Autumn to Ashes is a great band, but honestly, i never really liked Rob Zombie or Ministry. I've never even heard of Gary Jules, I'll have to download that song one day soon.
I hadn't heard about the new Pantera cd. (probably wont come out in Aus for a while anyway) I dont own any of their other albums, but I like a few of their songs.
I'm looking forward to Slipknots new album. They've been living together in a mansion that is supposedly haunted by the ghost of Harry Houdini! Thats where they're writing and recording the new album.

Thats what I was wondering, It's gotta either be Pantera or Slipknot that he's talking about. I thought he was talking about Slipknot... but I'm not too sure.
Oh, Serpharimon, I downloaded that Gary Jules song, didn't like it too much. But then, I didn't hate it either. If you want a good soft/slow song, Get 'Bother' by Stone Sour. You've probably heard it already though. Did you know that Corey Taylor (singer of Slipknot - for anyone who doesn't know) didn't just sing that song, he played the guitar too?

Well, Killswitch isn't exactly black/death metal. They're metalcore. But they're an awesome band, I'll buy their upcoming album "The End of Heartache" when it's released on May 11th.

Anyone into Dillinger Escape Plan? Or great metalcore band like Overcast, Aftershock, Blood Has Been Shed and the likes?

I loved Pantera growing up!

When I was a little older I got into punk. Still like it. I love Babes In Toyland, Black Flag, Sex Pistols, etc., lol.
