PS Tut: Interesting Sig Background

- Start of with a 600 X 150.
- Color it black
- Scatter 5 105mm lens flares around with 50% Brightness. Filter>Render>Lens Flare
- Then go to: Filter>Sketch>Chrome. and have your values at 10 and 0.
- Then go to: Filter>Distort>Wave. Click on Randomize a few time until you get something you like.
- Then hit Ctrl + U and mess around with the colors until you get a color you like. Make sure to check the box that says colorize.
- Next go to Filter>Artistic>Plastic wrap and use the default settings.
- Adjust the hue and saturation to your liking.
- Duplicate the layer.
- Then go to: Filter>Distort>Wave. Click on Randomize a few time until you get something you like.
- Change the blend mode to lighten.
- Combine the layers (ctrl + e)
- Add some more plastic wrap
- Adjust your hue and saturation again.
- Invert the picture using (ctrl + i) if you wish.
