okay, so for long time now I have heard people saying that there are no official runescape clans in the eyes of jagex...and that this should be changed. well, that link up there is to a document a started to help do that. when it is finished I would like to email it to jagex(not runescape staff, but to jagex ltd--I know the site, www.jagex.com). It will hopefully lend to convincing them to make clans/guilds official in rs.

So heres the thing...it needs alot of work in many areas but I think its an okay start. It need editing to grammar, spelling, punctuation ect. it could use a nice look to it(a really good format and color scheeme and what not). It needs reformation, through corections, and additional articles and what not.

Above all I need alot of help doing all this. I need ppl to copy it and work on small modifications here and there. and then submit there amendments and corrections and what not through emailing me. i'll then post it on the site, and eventualy it should develope into something that can be used to sway jagex.

this document can also be used to talk directly to jagex about other things like POH(player owned houses). and big updates every one would like to see. I have no doughts that it will sorta take its own course, and trun into something alot different and hopefully alot better then it is starting out as.

at its tailing end it will have a petition for the signing by rs players who agree with and suport the document(I think 5000 should be enough signitures).

but any way none of this can go any where unless ppl with a lil spare time wish to help. and also I would like to ask if it is okay to use seed as an example of a good and usefull clan in the document?

Thing is Jagex has alrdy spoekn about adding a clan system to the game...which this basically is stating and they said they would do it for clans wars(Castle wars,Duel arena)Just for clans....and No they wont be jagex Goverened and the clans are the only things jagex say are actually good to it....It was from a update when RS when to 3D first one about it with duel arena
