Hey there,

As everyone can probably see, there has been increasing tension between our members. One almost left, and I've heard about a variety of cases where members have been causing problems for others. I have one question to ask you: "How can SeeD be a unified clan if everyone's hostile toward each other?"

This hostility is not from clan enemies... It is not from anyone who actually dislikes the clan... It is from fellow SeeDs who somehow formed conflicts with each other. Why are these tensions here, and how can they be solved?

These tensions must be solved by you, and everyone else in SeeD. If it is not, SeeD will cease to be able to help you, and it will become engulfed in competition and endless hostilities. I've seen it happen in many other clans, and the results are not good. SeeD is one of the few large clans based on helping members and forming a friendly environment on Runescape.

Since our beginning, we were established upon the foundation that all should benefit from joining. Our unity has always been strong, both through good times and times of war and conflict. I truly hate to see what is happening now, and I realize that the future of our clan does not rest in the hands of the leaders, but the hands of the members.

For this reason, I will urge everyone to be friendly toward each other and maintain the unity that we have had in our past. If everyone could just do that, I am positive that SeeD would be headed in a great direction.

Feel free to reply to this with your feelings as well TheSmile.gif

i think this is a great point. many tensions have become in affect and i believe they are happen for no apparent reason. i might even think about setting up a little forum or topic and these people with tension can talk about them and settle them, i dont want to act like a shrink though thumb.gif

I'm hoping some of this isn't from the alliances between gardens, but I said I wouldn't say any more about it and see how it goes. A good amount of this tension probably comes from trading and if they're getting a good deal or if they're getting ripped off my a fellow SeeD. For a suggestion, if you see anything in the market forum and someone is buying something for a low price or selling something for a high price, just ignore it. Then maybe some other seeD will be willing to sell something for a low price or buy something for a high price. Or the person buying something will eventually get enough money to buy the item for how much it's worth. That way, no arguements will start about prices.

I don't think the tensions are between Gardens, since they aren't really apart from everyone else in the clan (even if there are alliances, they should be for beneficial reasons). But if this is a cause of hostility, there is no reason for it because all Gardens are part of SeeD...

I think that this is probably a major source of problems, since I know of a number of favors and really good deals that have been given to other SeeDs.

Hear hear! We're supposed to be a group, an alliance of friends working to help each other. If this keeps worsening we'll end up with a "civil war" of sorts in the distant future.
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

Very well said Cspace!!! Your speech has been true for a little while now and it really motivated me. I wish there was a clap smilie because I would put 5 here if I could!!! *Claps* So SeeDs, like Cspace said and the topic is...It Is YOUR Responsibility To Maintain SeeD's Unity!!!! SeeD is a peaceful group and were all getting mad at ourselves and not keeping the peace!! And also as phieta said
