Lol! You'd soon come to think of this as a computer game! lol10.gif

*psst* 'Spacey... put this in the arcade. lol10.gif

And yes we all know that typing tools can be lots of fun... when I was in Auckland I was up until about 3am one time just playing on her Typing Tool... it was pretty sad but it was definitely addicting! biglaugh.gif

^^ Thanks Ayumi, you rock!! ^^

Although I'll have to find a flash version of a test.

Bah, my fingers feel like rubber. I don't think it will be healthy to try to beat that again tonight, perhaps I'll try again tomorrow. bluetongue.gif

Oh well, I did pretty badly for me, I was up at 100 WPM for most of the test but I slackened off with two consecutive errors right at the end. Maybe I'll try again and see if I can do better, hehe. And all you evil people are getting better accuracy than me let_it_all_out.gif

This is a sort of unfair way to work out who types the fastest, because 1 there are different subjects to copy and one might be easier than the other. and two some of us type fast but cant copy down text fast...
Now has a nice new shiny computer, now all i need is my mos back.

Well most people have been doing that Huckleberry Finn one (which is actually quite difficult gramatically, it's really annoying screama.gif ), so that first concern isn't too big a deal. As far as copying down text fast, that's just as important as being able to type fast, so sorry if you happen to not be quite as good there. Shouldn't you also feel sorry for the people that can write fast but can't type fast, and say it's discriminating against them? bluetongue.gif

- Test Name: Huckleberry Finn
- Date: 2005-02-01 22:38
- Test Time: 01:00
- Gross Speed: 96 WPM
- Errors: 2
- Accuracy: 97%

- NET SPEED: 94 WPM

That's my new attempt, still can't quite beat 100 WPM though. sad.gif

Oh, and I took a quick go at the Typo game, I'll try to get higher later I guess. Got to give the rest of you a bit of a chance, I still had 9 typos left when I messed up and got game over, so I think with a few more gos I could probably get higher.
