Well, it's time. Reflection time. Time to reflect back on the (approximately) 2.25 years that I've been here. It's been quite an experience, and I'm hoping that it will continue for quite a while. Before starting this hugeified long posty of doom (Well, probably more like two sentences. bluetongue.gif), I figure I'll post my current RS stats. That is, seeing as everyone else is doing it. grnwink.gif

Alright, now that that's over with...

Well, it's been quite a while. From my first post See: Hyper, the incredible noob! to today, where I stand a much wiser and saner person than before. costumed-smiley-089.gif

When I started out in SeeD, I was sort of... lost and confused, to put it one way. I was in the lower combat levels (I think in the 50's) in Runescape, and I was obsessed. Every day, every night, I'd run down to the basement computer to play, yes, you guessed it, RUNESCAPE! I found that, after a while, being F2P and all, completed all quests, blah blah blah, that I needed something more. So, I set out on the journey to find a clan. SeeD wasn't actually my first choice, you know. Well, I hadn't seen it first, anyway. I looked at Runecape Community and found a few, about three. There were two pking clans that I thought looked interesting at that time, but I was rejected. I also looked at some weird Swedish one, and never got a reply. Finally, on my fourth try, I came across SeeD. It just looked so incredible; from its colossal homepage and member list to its rapidly-growing members (Hundreds on the list, 86 on the forums). It was then that I joined the forums, on December 2nd, 2002.

Two days later, my first post came. (See: Two paragraphs earlier.) Compared to my current, disciplined and almost sane nature, that was madness. Bad grammer, way-too-high hopes, etc. etc. Though my grammer began to improve in a month or two, it wasn't quite there. I can't prove this, but if my memory serves me right, our very own Dragonman565 showed me the way of gramatical perfection one day, and so I was to be forever changed. (For anyone saying rofl.gif, well, whatever...)

It was at some point in time that I became a moderator of the SeeD Inn (Or, in present time, Chatting Zone. When it got switched around, it got all messed up. At first, GD was for RS, SeeD Inn was basically CZ, and that was about it. Then Cspace went and mixed it up! bandit.gif ) Not sure when, not sure how, but it happened. Was quite happy, for it was kind of a mini-dream of mine at the time to be a mod. bluetongue.gif I was there along with Adoration (I think she was CaliGirl at the time...) and I was happy. Of course, then I got promoted to commander of Falador Knights (Garden name was my idea anyways...) and Grand One along with me. Kind of spurred a momentary "OUR GARDEN PWNZ0RZ THEM ALL!!! 1337!" kind of thing, but it passed. icon_sweatdrop.gif Then I became a Super Mod, etc. etc. etc. BLAh!

However, enough about me. There's the development of this clan to be discussed! HAI! Suave_anim.gif

When I joined, I was the 87th member to join the forums. It was a nice, bustling community with many members ready to give you a hand. (And then defenstrate you in the Insanity Board. It allowed post count then. headbang.gif ) For my first year, SeeD was great. There were hundreds of members that came, and many of them became very active, members that we see here now today, like Phieta, Bigrat, Base, Goto, and Starry. (And many more!) I don't want this to be a novelette, so I'll keep it short and to the point...

Though SeeD has gone through some rough times in the past 0.5-1 year(s), we still remain the same clan, if not quite a bit stronger, experienced, and semi-insane. We stand strong through all of the bumps in our path, and we learn from them. This clan/community really is something, because it's been around for so long with such success. I hope I'll still be here for many years to come.

Amen. (And so be it.)
