I was banned for making a racist remark, k?
Well this is my explanation for this incident.
I posted an explanation to the word 'Lollercaust'.
In this explanation I said this (or near enough this) "I know something so funny, 6 million people died when they heard it"
I was not directly making a reference to the holocaust (suppose I was indirectly by using the suffix 'caust' and the 6 million people thing.)
I was also not saying that the holocaust was funny, because genocide of millions of people is not, in no way funny. I was just saying that something (ie. Numa Numa) is so funny, 6 million people died of laughter when they saw/heard it.
I did not intend for people to interpret as a joke at the holocaust. i am sorry if anyone took it this way and got offended, it was not my intention.
Not asking to be unbanned, just saying that, k?

There were warnings sent previously over other matters and you knew that you were in the temporary state of strictness since you returned from an indefinite ban not too long ago. It is the cumulation of events that required the action to be taken (such as going against the warning in Red's situation not too long ago).
A common misconception, again, is that a member returning from an indefinite ban is not handled as one who has officially "returned" to the community in most cases. While one in this situation physically has returned, he/she would be handled as if it is just a period to prove that there has been positive change. During this period the member, in effect, is proving that he/she is capable of returning. If after enough time this has been proven we would lighten up some (and are likely to send a PM so it is known by the individual), returning him/her to previous technical member status.
Leftyy was on the edge of this period and we were trying to handle his situation more lightly, for Red's situation alone would have resulted in the ban's reinstatement if his return were more recent.
This will be taken into consideration in Leftyy's favor if he wishes to return at a later date. Relatively speaking he has improved, but we wish to see a little more effort before making his return official. At a later date he may contact an admin to discuss this.
