I haven't broken a single bone, i have only bruised them actually. It was in 2 situations when i should have broken them. The answer is a hell of a lot of calcium. My parents pushed me to have lots of yoghurt, cheese and milk
the doctors were fascinated that i didnt break or cracked my skull on 2 occasions

Fractured my arm trying to be superman and diving out of my pram when I was 2
Same year I broke my chin by rocking on a chair, and going chin first into a table.
Three weeks ago I fractured my widdle toe by stubbing it against a wooden part on a chair. Solid chair.

Let's see... plenty of sprained/strained ankles and other minor injuries...
Plus...
Three times I fractured my wrists. Twice on the left hand, once on the right. Get this - they were all in virtually the same spot. (Greenstick fractures, by the way.)
Left and right the first time, ice skating. The left the second time, I played street hockey.

Never broken a bone or gotten stitches or ever been to the hospital for myself.
I'm lucky in random things.
