A Traveller

*The traveller stopped and looked over toward Nerzuul*
"My my... there sure are a lot more pinned topics here now than last time I came through here! Aderon sure has grown, Guane should do something about that..."
*The traveller laughed, while you looked at him strangely. "Pinned topics"? What the devil is he talking about?*
"Anyway, yeah... I have come from afar. Why? Really, why would one ask that of a traveller such as myself? I go around the world in search of new and wonderful places.
... But from where am I? Why, I am from the lands to the west of the great desert of Maldenar!"

"I may have heard of these. I have a... group.. busy excavating an ancient temple that is said to be made by the ancients themselves. Though, I doubt the credibillity of it. Have you any wares to sell, my friend? Any services.. or perhaps.. information?"
Nerzuul snickered as he fingered his satchel of cold, hard, creds.

"Wares or services? Well, no, not really.
Information? Why yes, I do. The western side of Telanidor is a strange place indeed. The mountains of Zolandor as well as the great desert itself isolate it from much of the rest of the continent. Only experienced adventurers or sailers should consider venturing to this land...
There exists another great kingdom commonly known as Valronia, much like Aderon though much more to the favor of the lawless. Not particularly... Dangerous... But when venturing through its dark alleys one must keep an extra hand on his coinpurse. It is said that ancient ties exist between this city and the trecherous Shral Valeron, although none are obvious outside the texts from the Second Age or the similarity in the name.
I can tell you more about this land, but there is a lot to tell. Perhaps the best way to find out is to go there yourself and see it! Although... You don't look like the hardy traveller type... I'd recommend getting a ship. Then come back to me and I may guide you there."

QUOTE(X Zolon @ Nov 10 2004, 08:43 AM)
Nerzuul returns.
"I found a vessel. If you would like to come with me, I'd show you."
Nerzuul leads over to the vessel from 'out at sea' and shows the trader it.
"Is this to your liking?"

"My my, stealing a ship are we?

Hey, if you'd like to wander around the open seas in a stolen ship, I won't stop you. Don't expect me to come with you though, I don't want to get caught up in that mess."

OOC: Sorry, hehe, sometimes I overlook quest NPCs when their part is done and another will come up.
"Ah, Nerzuul, while I am a traveller I am still not tricked so easily as to jump into a stolen ship. Now either you find yourself a legal ship or forget the trip to the other end of the continent."
