To Start A Tournament

This is just a quick notice...

But to start a tournament, either a member can request a tournament (which can possibly be added by a Tournament Leader) or a Tournament Leader can post a tournament notice. Either way, if you wish to enter you must reply to the tournament thread. This is because the Tournament Leader must enter the names upon the tournament's creation.

Make a thread.

Ask people if they want to join.

I will make the arcade once you have 2,4 or 8 people interested of participating in that particular tournament.
