Glitch?

I have 15 str, 15 att, and a black long, but my max hit is a 3?

Something must be wrong.......

Nope. Not a glitch. Jagex messed around with the settings without telling people... <.< I know...You technically will always do more damage if you're put into "Strength" Mode. When put into "Defense" Mode, you take less damage. And in "Acurracy" Mode, you hit more often.
