ok, here's how it works. we pick a topic and can only speak in questions (hence the title). each question has to be responding to the last and must be about the topic. whoever goes the longest without anymore questions after a while will win that round. the winner of the round will pick the next topic. you have to wait for at least 1 person to post before you post again.
this will start in a few days, so if you will be perticipating in this, tell me and i will add you to the list.

no, say the catagory was fish for some reason, if someone posted "can i have a fish?", you would have to post something like "why do you want a fish?"
like i said, you must be responding, and if you aren't, just like if it isn't a question, you are out
