There are some free programs though, GIMP? Youll have to get info off other poeple though, i dont know exactly

I use plain old MSPaint and you can get good results with practise, and people got photoshop cos they want photoshop

So... you want teh GIMP do you? well, its hard, confusing, and painfull on the eyes but it is worth it biglaugh.gif

Download it HERE, you'll first need to install the GTK+ 2 which is the runtime enviroment. after that is installed just install The Gimp itself, and bob's your uncle, sparrow's a pirate, and a headache is inbound from when you first get to use it.
