Judging: Great use of pixel art here, it really looks good in that aspect. You needed to focus it more on SeeD though, I think ya crossed out too much of the name.

Judging: If the theme was DethStix, you probably would've won.
Xalibur XIII
Judging: You had a good idea and the colors work, but you need to work more on your blending. It's good blending, but the dges of some stick out too obviously and they sort of make the writing hard to see. My suggestion would be to simply make the text sand out more and "polish" the blending of the images. Otherwise you did good.
Pixie Grrl
Judging: You had a good idea and really nailed it.
The background allows all the names to be visible which is important in a signature like that. You also kept to the theme great which is really important. I don't have any suggestions for this one since you did what you were aiming for well. 
Da' Winner
All of the signatures were awesome and very worthy of winning first place, but I decided to award Pixie Grrl's signature the title of first-place.
It stuck to the theme great and everything in the signature has good "chemistry" (best word I could think of
