Me and Jedi have founded a small mining/smithing villiage and have turned it into a community. If anyone is nterested in moving in, (Basically we are rping a community) please pm me. There are inn rooms, and you can purchase your own house. The only thing missing is a smelter, which can be found nearby. There is a church, and a load of stuff. So, if you want to buy a house, pay the 3k, and i'll show you to it. (have ta keep are secret to keep unwanted people out)

Rules:
-No barging in on poeple (if door is closed knock)
-If you are going out of town you need to send forum pms (letters)
-You can either keep your ores and stuff or sell it to the town, where it will be used to make revenue.
-Do not "Claim" multiple houses without permission
-Treat everyone with respect
-If the mayor or mayoress tells you something you have to listen
-as part of the roleplay send a letter to everyone if you leave town
-as part of the roleplay you need to have meals
-beer is allowed to be consumed
-wine is allowed
-Limit is 3 alchoholic drinks a day unless its a party
-every member is required to go to one of the three god's warship points
-Keep a ledger of Import/export*
* Basically if you sell a load of ores to someone record it, number sold, date, to who, how much you were payed, and if you buy some ores do the same.

I tried this with the clan I used to lead. We had a Rimmington community and a Karamja community. The problem is, most people start to not care about the rules, and it gets out of hand. Anyway, I can't join right now, but maybe later. Good luck.

Umm... Death Snake? Not only is X Zolon my buddy, but trying to sabotage this is not cool... I will not be happy if I hear that you are trying to destroy this... Btw, I want to buy a house X Zolon, but I can't see the pic... All it has is the URL and it says pic not found or something when I try to go there...
I just thought of something X Z! You could have your own currency! Like Silver, Gold, or Iron Bars! Iron Bars could be worth a certain amount, Silver Bars 5 times that amount, and Gold Bars 10 times that amount! Watcha think?

Due to popular request, I am taking out the "If you are away from the town you must use PMs" rule. Now, apparently, According to Grimboold, We should get a load of people in the town.
Also, The bar is for sale. 5k, But you need to have a supply of beer, and wine, (I also am parcial to cocktails during festivals) and if possible, Brandy, gin, and vodka.
