I'll be (one of) your opposition then, I guess I either want to be headmaster of Balamb or Esthar. So we'll see what happens You'd make a great headmaster tho

Exactly how it should be. Although I think there'll be alot of people who will want to lead Balamb, I think I'll aim more for leading Esthar. However, if people believe I'm worthy to lead Balamb, I'll be honoured to.
Best of luck, mate.

While I have nothing negative to say about any of the people in each garden asking to lead, the positions will probably end up going to those that have already shown leadership skill in the past, at least for now. Perhaps all those who are eager for a chance to prove themselves should wait until we hold elections. For now it's more important to get the Gardens established, and the safest way to do that would be to let some of the higher-ranked people start us off.
No, this isn't my speech for why I should be a headmaster, I don't really expect to be one.

For all you people's who are trying to win votes:
For the first time round, the headmasters will not be voted in! The administrators will decide who each one will be. This first headmaster will be the person who starts recruiting+other garden stuff. In a few months, a new one will be voted in. A few months after that, a new one will be voted in, and so forth.
