i dun think we shud have new hms each month we shud have perm hms

if the hm has been inactive for more than a month or has resigned then we shud vote 4 hms

What's wrong with new hms each couple months? I kind of invisioned the selection as a election, so there's no reason someone can't re-run.

I like Spike's idea. New Headmasters should only be elected if the old one becomes inactive or resigns, that's what I think anyway.

I just had a thought, Obi has a good point too. Maybe it could be like an election, as long as the current headmaster still has a shot of getting voted in again if they're doing well enough. ponder.gif

Yeah, I pretty much see it the same was as Obi. Re-running Headmasters will have the advantage of already having shown how capable they are, but sometimes new blood is what is needed. Wouldn't want them too recent though, probably either every 2nd or 3rd month.
