I like Spike's idea. New Headmasters should only be elected if the old one becomes inactive or resigns, that's what I think anyway.

Cspace is always open to suggestions and feedback from Curvedspace/SeeD members, so what hes told you may not be his final decision.

I just had a thought, Obi has a good point too. Maybe it could be like an election, as long as the current headmaster still has a shot of getting voted in again if they're doing well enough.

Yeah, I pretty much see it the same was as Obi. Re-running Headmasters will have the advantage of already having shown how capable they are, but sometimes new blood is what is needed. Wouldn't want them too recent though, probably either every 2nd or 3rd month.
