As some probably know from asking about them, we've been having some issues with applying custom groups to members. The main non-technical issue is that some new (and a few times older) members have been confused with regards to a member's true position. There are also technical issues, while not major, that would make custom groups impractical from an administrator's standpoint.

I will not say that they will never be available, but sometime I plan on implementing secondary groups or a similar feature to make this practical again.

Until then no new custom groups will be created, and to make it fair for everyone I have removed the custom group names from the few who already had them.

Sorry about this, but I'll see what can be done in the future.

Yep, I knows. grnwink.gif It sort of eliminates confusion with member groups, on the bright side, though 'twas fine while it lasted.
