Which one? Invisionfree, or Invision Power Boards. IF is better for support reasons, and that's the link that Bubba posted. If you want more options, and you know more about making forums, then IPB. The IF Support Forums are good, and you get what you ask for fast, but the IPB ones are dead, and you won't be able to get answers to questions.

No such thing as IFPB. But there is IPB and IF. You can make forums on both. In my last post, I typed up a few of the pros and cons of both. The one Bubba posted is the IF one.

The boards themselves (this one along with those hosted by InvisionFree) are Invision Power Boards (IPB). InvisionFree is just a free host to use -- they set up everything for you, which makes things easier, but they also disable some features, add banner ads, and use the old version (IPB 1.3 instead of 2.0).

You can choose to make a PHBB forum or a Ivisionfree forum, easy to use and create.
